Loose connectivy after installing antivirus

After installing any antivirus I get disconnected from the Internet, and its only when I uninstall it that Im able to reconnect. I tried downloading the Windows Live One Care 90 day trial, it looks like its downloading fine, then an error message error ID: 0014-80072EFD, it says network problems are preventing the installation from continuing at this time, meanwhile I am online. I need help protecting my computer pronto.

Part of the previous security application might still be present on your computer, preventing you to connect to the internet when you install another security application.
