Hotmail account lost almost all sent email.

  Hello.

  I just lost almost all of may sent emails from my Hotmail account.

  I have had this account for almost 20 years, I guess, maybe more.

  I don't know how this happened, and why. I just have the sent email until December 21th 2016. Older Than that date is gone.

  I did not delete them!

  I need to recover them. Imagine, there, I have emails from 2001, 2002, etc.

  I use Hotmail in my laptop and also in my tablet. Sent email are gone in both of them. Also, I tried login in windows xp: The same

  Please, all of your help will be welcomed.
