    Hi There,

    I have windows 7, 64-bit, i am facing an issue every time the automatic updates run and the system restart to install it always fail and restart again,

    please help me where to ask this question?

    search for open action center or go to "action center "

    look for "change action center settings"

    uncheck the ff:

    network firewall , internet security settings , windows update

    check for update , windows trouleshooting ,, windows back up
