Problem w/Genuine verification RRS feed

  • Question

  • I tried to redeem a bonus pack but Genuine Microsoft Software verification page tells me:

"You have been directed to this page because the system you are using has failed to meet the eligibility requirements of the BONUS PACK Offer(s) you are attempting to redeem."

But as you can see below I have a legit copy installed. How do I get past this?

  • Dear danielsinhawaii,

This program is only available for those within the US.  Are you located in the US?

Also, where did you purchase your machine from?

    Thanks,

    Chell
