CRM toolbar command for mail merge RRS feed

  • When mail merging while using the web client in order to run the template one has to go to the add-ins tab and run the CRM macro toolbar command.  I have no problem doing this from my desk or my home.  However, one of my users who is browsing in receives a message saying the CRM macro cannot be located.

    What could cause that?

  • Nothing more to see here.  My user was wrong.  Once I cleared the blocker it was there.
