Unhandled exception error in Outlook 2010 with Dynamics 365 2016 enabled RRS feed

    I'm having an issue in Outlook 2010 where if the Microsoft Dyanimcs 365 2016 add in is enabled, Outlook will show "Unhandled exception error has occurred in your application......." and further down the error message "......Invalid index. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8002000B (DISP_E_BADINDEX))"

    If I open Outlook in safe mode, disable the add in, and restart, it works as normal. The issue is, I need to be able to use this add in! I've tried running repairs on both .NET framework (4.7), Office and Dynamics, reinstalled the add in, run Windows updates and nothing has worked. I'm using Windows 7.
