no sound

Last Sunday I installed Windows 7 Home Premium and it was working really well then today for some reason I have no sound. I have done all the tests that is in the Help section, but nothing works. I can't understand why this has happened. Have you any ideas that could help me please ?

The device is working ok on the computer but I have no sound, I have tried three different types of speaker and still nothing.
