Subscription not Associated with Windows live ID RRS feed

  • I have purchased Onecare and attempt to install on second computer.  When following the instruction I receive a text messsage that states that my Windows Live ID is not yet associated with my subscription.  How do I fix or is it something I can fix

  • On the first computer where OneCare is working, open the OneCare GUI then click Help, About. In that screen the Live ID used to create the original subscription should be displayed. This is the Live ID you should use to Activate the second computer.
