Microsoft E Learning Tutorial not working on Win7 Home premium pc RRS feed

    Hi i started learning about Windows 7  and my employer provided me with a login to our Work open university  which contains many microsoft e learnings.But when i click on the E player to start showing the videos, tutorials and courses this doesn t work...  The site starts opening and then hangs and remains hanging… I did the test with other E learning providers on my company s open University for example Skill Soft and all these videos working without any delays or errors …   First message Microsoft E learnign apps was showing me was about Java so i installed java  .... ...I  installed Java plugins from the Java.com site i also did this with a run as admin because normal installed did not work the first time also  i removed IE 9 and reinstalled it again... i deleted all my cookies cleared my ssl cache , placed back my IE browers to default several times enabled Active X  up ... Rebooted my pc several times ...kicked all other browsers from my pc and removed Java again and reinstalled it again  and also i contacted our Open University Admin by phone who told me that the Site is not having any technical issues…… Also I added the website to my Secure But no result

    Don t really know where to continue now actuaally with my troubleshooting? If there s anyone with a suggestions i am already greatful in advance ......Thank you

    You need to ensure that you allow pop-up windows.  Use ALT+T to open the Tools menu, then select the Pop-up Blocker menu item and then select Pop-up Blocker Settings.  Add the e-Learning "URL Address of Website to Allow" field and then click on the Add Button.  Close down the settings dialog and try to run the e-Learning again.
