Live OneCare Family Safety

  I installed the Family safety software on my computer and at first it seemed to work okay. I started having problems so I deleted the settings and removed the program thru the control panel.  I reinstalled it hoping to set it up again but now I keep getting error when I try to add my child saying he already belong to a safety group. How can I clean it up and start over again. Right now I have the 90 day free trail of Live OneCare installed.
