Windows XP hasn't been supported for more than 5 years.
The installed version of XP appears to be SP2 - which hasn't been supported since about 2009.
You really need to get away from the ark!
As far as I know, there is no workaround - I'd be happy if there was! ( I can still update Windows ME - or at least I could when I last tried a couple of years ago :) )
