My new computer came with a trial version of Office 2007. After clicking the 'Convert' button to get a product key, and selecting the 'Purchase Online' option, a webpage (https://pa.one.microsoft.com/portal.aspx?p=1F778DEF-3F8E-4C8A-9B37-B2467B93B45D&lcid=1033&refnum=&req=) is opened in my browser that displays an empty 'Product Activation Message' box with a Close button in the bottom left hand corner that does nothing. What is the problem?
