I have checked this Product key and it is showing as a MSDN key for a Korean edition of Windows XP Pro.
--If you own the MSDN Subscription in which this Product Key originated, I recommend contacting MSDN support for further assistance with this key.
--If you Do Not own the MSDN Subscription that this key originated from, then this key is not valid for you to use. MSDN Product Key can not be resold unless it is sold with the entire MSDN Subscription that it belongs to. In this case, I would recommend returning the XP software and key to the person (or company) that sold it to you, for a Full Refund. Get your money back.
Thank you,

If either fail, you should be offered the Validation diagnostics button - use that, and see if it can assist. Make a note of any error messages, and then run MGADiag again, and post the report in your reply.

Please attempt to Validate Windows again at http://microsoft.com/genuine.
If you receive any result other then Genuine, go to http://microsoft.com/genuine/diag and click the Start Diagnostic button. The site will ensure XP is configured correctly to allow Validation. The site will also check for common issues that may effect Genuine results.
Once the Diagnostic site gives you all green checkmarks, click the Validate Windows button again.
If you received a Genuine result, reboot. The Non-genuine messaging should no longer be showing.
Please post back with the results of this troubleshooting,
