Server Failures directory in Exchange

  Hello,

  Today couple of emails are came in  Server Failures directory in my mail box. as i have configured outlook 2003 with microsoft exchange settings, and its use cached exchange Mode. Email account provided by our client, as he said problem with your outlook installation. i dont understand what is the issue. this configuration running since long more than 6 monhts.

  also i have checked Synchronization and here is the result, the number of items in the server folder contains field and in the offline folder contains filed are the same.

  Please help to out of this issue.....
