I had to have my computer reformatted a few weeks ago, I took all my software to the computer people for them to reload. When I went to collect my computer the technician asked me for my Microsoft Office programme, I said I had given him a box with all my original software for him to reload, Oh he says he forgt that I had told him. So I can only assume that he used their windows disk. Although the Serial number sticker is on the box of my computer. Please advise what I can do to rectify this. For me to tell them to reformat again will cost me further expense which I cannot afford. I am a pensioner and have a web site selling embroidery designs to try and make a living. I would sincerely appreciate your help. Thank you Beryl
