  • i need to search a case according to case number is it possible using the inbuilt functionality of the crm or do we need to create any custom thing

  • Hi, Varun.

    If you mean Quick Find or Lookup View - you have to customize case entity in following way:
    Open CRM - Click Settings - Click Customization - Click Customize Entities - Open Case entity record - Open Forms and Views tab - Open Quick Find Active Cases or Case Lookup View - Click Add Find Columns - Check Case Number Field - Click OK - Click Save - Click Actions - Publish Entity
