Sorry for this (looks-like) simple question, but I've been unsuccesful on getting any answers so far.
I need to have a CRM workflow send an email to a 'group' of users notifying about certain event. I have this working today by manually specifying each user I want the email to go to when the workflow is designed. - pretty inneficient.
I want the workflow to refer to a distribution list, so everyone on it gets the email. I was wondering if there was a way to tell CRM to email all members of a (crm) 'Team' - which is the ideal entity for this. In case of a negative what is the best business
practice for this?
