After 3 years, my XP installation has suddenly started to fail the WGA validation!
The WGA diagnostic says that it's a VLK that has been revoked. I build my own PCs and I purchased an OEM XP professional kit, in a sealed packaging with a product key sticker in good faith with a disc drive.
Since XP is no longer on sale, how can I now get a valid key? I can't upgrade to Windows 7 as some of the software I use will not run on it.
Here is the output from the diag tool:

According to your MGA Report, you have a pirated copy of a "Volume License" version of Windows XP Professional whose license has been published on the ‘net. It is thus non-genuine. You'll need to purchase a genuine version of Microsoft Windows and perform a "clean install". I would suggest recycling your old PC and purchasing a new PC that comes with Microsoft Windows preinstalled. Examples

Yes I can work that out for myself thanks.
However, that does not answer my question/solve my problem, which is "Since XP is no longer on sale, how can I now get a valid key? I can't upgrade to Windows 7 as some of the software I use will not run on it." (did you miss reading that bit?????).

Does your machine have a COA sticker for any version of Windows?
You could upgrade to Windows7 Pro, and then install XP Mode - a WinXP Pro virtual machine - which would almost certainly allow you to run your software.
