Hello Pinku,
Currently, there is no supported customization to remove this. However you can turn it off for entities like case or account by unchecking "Allow Quick Create" from Entity Customization options. Standard activities like Email, phone calls which
are enabled for Global quick create by default cant have this option disabled.
