Reporting Services Report Server error while installing CRM 2013 RRS feed

    Hi All,

    We are getting below error while installing the CRM 2013.

    Setup failed to validate specified Reporting Services Report Server http://test/reportserver. Error: Unknown exception thrown by report server Client found response content type of '', but expected 'text/xml'. The request failed with an empty response.

    Just for information we have NAV installed on same server. 

    Can anyone have any idea why we are getting this error. How to resolve it.

    Hi,

    This issue was resolved,

    "Do not use more services on single machine. I resolved this issue by installing SQL server on separate VM and CRM on separate VM by configuring them in a domain environment."

    However,

    It could also be an encrypted key issue on Reporting Services Configuration Manager,

    try this,

    Log in to the reporting server, Navigate to Reporting Services Configuration Manager - Encryption Key - Delete Encryption key - Go to Service Account and re-create an encrypted key.
