CRM 2011 - .aspx pages support

Hi,

We are in process of migrating CRM 4.0 to CRM 2011 (on-premise to on-premise).

We have some custom .aspx pages under /ISV folder on server for CRM 4.0. CRM 2011 SDK says, ISV is no longer supported and new Webresource functionality doesn't support .aspx. pages. (as per the SDK)

My question is , how CRM 4.0 custom .aspx files will be upgraded to CRM 2011 ? if it will upgraded, then under which folder it will be placed on server ?

Do we have to change anything in custom .aspx application in order to work with CRM 2011 ?

How to develope new .aspx pages for future enhancement with CRM 2011 ?

Can someone please guide me thru to the right direction and information.
