    Windows License Type: Volume
    Windows OS version: 5.1.2600.2.00010100.2.0.pro

That's showing as a Blocked Volume License - which should never have been attached to a consumer product.
What is the machine actually licensed for, according to the COA Sticker?
According to its BIOS date, the machine is three years old - I find it strange that such a machine should be coming straight from a manufacturer such as LG.
If you are a member of a company entitled to use a Volume License Key - then I suggest you contact your System Administrator, and see what he can do for you in terms of putting a valid company Key in the machine - otherwise you need to contact the supplier and ask them what's going on.

  • Interesting.

We have been working with LG on replacing an existing (but failed) system and the replacement (per all conversations with their support and per the shipping label) came directly from LG.

As far as the 3 year old issue... in looking at the box I see that it does specify it is 'reconditioned' so being three years old doesn't surprise me (doesn't make me very happy either... but that is not a topic for this forum).

I can wipe the current drive and reinstall the OS (using our volume license key).  Was hoping to avoid having to track down drivers (etc.) but such is life.

If you have a valid volume license Key then you can try using the Key Changer program -
