If you use a command line install, then you can pre-download the updated msp file and point the install to that file location using the <Patch update="true">SAVEDFILE.MSP</Patch> node of the config file. As long as you don't specifiy the -Q option you can then use th rest of the install wizard.
I assume you are referring to the 'update setup files'?
I don't think you can even use the files it downloads anyway. I'm not sure were to get the latest version from.http://mscrmblog.net
