    I have tried to enter my credit card information several times to subscribe to the Windows Live One service, but each time that I've entered my information, it rejects stating that I need to contact my financial institution or enter another card.  I have contacted each credit card company and/or bank that I have cards with and I have sufficient funds on each of them, but I am still unable to subscribe.  Can anyone tell me how I can email or call someone in Customer Support?

  • Does your credit card billing address match your Live ID profile information? If not you can update your Live ID profile - https://account.live.com/Profiles.aspx?mkt=en-us&lc=1033

  • Make sure that you are not entering any characters other than letters and number is any of the form entry boxes. For example, the phone number should be 1231231234 and not (123)123-1234. The credit card number should not contain dashes and your street should not be "Main St." (with a period), but "Main St" or "Main Street" (with no period).

    That's the most common reason for what you are encountering. I realize that it is truly a stupid requirement and totally useless messaging, by the way. :-(
