Loging company technical support/customer issues in CRM RRS feed

  • WE have CRM now working so that we can log all the sales info from around the world. Can someone tell me the best way (or even if it is possible) to tag technical support issues to projects etc. What I want to be able to do is if a customer is having some problem with out products that are being looked at, the sales team will know that before calling the customer (nothing worse than asking for more orders not knowing that the current ones give problems). I have looked through and apart from tagging emails from outlook into the system I have not spotted anything relevant.

    Pleas let me know if this is possible and if the best way to manage it?
