From your MGA report:
WGA Data-->
Validation Status: Blocked VLK
Windows License Type: Volume
This means you have an unauthorised, Volume License copy of Windows XP Professional installed. To correct this, visit Microsoft Genuine Advantage and click on Validate Windows. When validation fails, click on the Get Genuine button to review your options which include how to acquire a genuine WGA Kit.

Hello getbize7,
In addition to the option Carey posted, another posssibility it contacting HP/Compaq to ask if they can send/sell you a Recovery/Restore/Reinstallation disc to put the original Windows back onto the computer (asuming it came from HP/Compaq with Windows preinstalled; if there is a Certificate of Authenticity on the computer, that would show the version and editon of Windows that came on the computer).
