CRM 2015 - email from template doesnt contain attachment RRS feed

  • Hi all,

    i have an problem with emails from campaigns and templates, if I send an email using template with attachment the email is sent, but received without an attachment.

    When i create an email as an activity, add attachment and send it, it works fine, just emails created from template or direct email don't.

    My system: CRM2015 on prem + Exchange, email router. I have tried to change outgoing email settings to Router or Outlook with no change (the email appears is users Outlook sent folder without attachment). I have also checked spam filter, Exchange and didnt find anything suspicious.

  • Hi all, we have the same problem. The email I sent using template with an attachment by direct mail or quick campaign doesnt contain the attachment.

    Is there any solution? (...the RU 0.1 (on premises) doesn't solve the problem)
