adware has changed display setting RRS feed

  • an Adware has changed display setting. The desktop tab is gone. computer crashes again and again. backgroud is blue with an ad saying, " need an anti spayware program". Webroot spyware has disabled one virus and one adware, ad is gone, still i have blue screen and computer crashes some time. There is still no tab for desktop in dispaly properites and I cannot change backgroud colors. the file which was caught was, "hpcHaj0eaag.bmp". I had reinstalled the video driver, no luck.
    I know I have to change registry keys, but I don't know which one and how?
    Any solution for opertaing system window xp service pack 2.
