  • Well I tried to redeem the pack but it failed then I realized I haven't activated windows yet, so I tried again but it just went to the same page saying that my copy of vista isn't geniune so I ran the diagnostic tool and this is what It said

    Are you sure you are getting an error stating that your copy of Vista isn't genuine? According to your diagnostic report you are running a genuine version of Vista:

    If you are getting an error message stating that Vista is non-genuine, please post a question in the Windows Vista Validation Issues (Windows Vista) forum.
