vsts hosted agent not working RRS feed

    We are having some problems with one of our hosted agents on *.visualstudio.com site, every build that gets to that host get stuck on "Waiting for an available agent", the log show this:

    Hosted Agent successfully assigned.
    Configuring connection settings for Hosted Agent
    Starting Hosted Agent
    Initializing connection to Hosted Agent

    After that it dies. error message 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object.'

    Any idea on this issue ?
