Next Stage and Set Active (Business Process) buttons are not working in form RRS feed

  • Hi Experts,

    I am having an issue with the Next Stage button in a CRM Online instance.  When I click on Next Stage button from Stage 1, the process stage advances to Stage 2.  But if I try to press Next Stage button from Stage 2, nothing happens, the Next Stage button is not clickable.  Even the Set Active button is not working from Stage 3.

    Note:  I have created a sample business process on Account entity.  The actual issue exists in Case entity too.  



    Whenever there is more than two stages, the Next Stage button and the Set Active buttons are not working.  They do not set the next stage (Stage 3) as active.  The same business process is working in another instance of CRM Online.

    Any help regarding this is greatly appreciated.

  • Guessing there is some customization that is causing the issue.  Since this is CRM Online, you can open a ticket with Microsoft Support so they can look into the issue.
