    Thank you for posting here.

    As far as I know, the System.Web.Abstractions is used in the asp.net application not asp.net core application. We couldn’t add the System.Web.Abstractions reference in the asp.net core application. Could you please tell me how you add the System.Web.Abstractions reference in your asp.net core application?  By editing csproj?
    Besides, in startup.cs file I don’t find any codes which is related with the System.Web.Abstractions.
