How do I order Certiport Certificate

Question
-
I can order any certificates passed via Prometric exam but what do I need to do to order Certiport exam. I am also Microsoft Certified Office User Specialist: Excel 2007. Unfortunately I missed the certificate is there any way I can order the certificate? if so how? I do have a scan copies of my certificate in picasa via Umapathy's Certificate but countries like Sri Lanka where I am from HR people look for printed certificates. Can some one guide me. Thanks in advance.

Certiport have an excellent phone support via (001)8018473100 extension 9 and the problem is solved. I have not yet seen a way to order a certificate via website directly. As long as the job is done, I don't care is it through a website or from phone.

Hey Umapathyxp,
Did you try contacting Certiport support (http://www.certiport.com/portal/desktopdefault.aspx?page=common/pagelibrary/Support_Customer_Services.htm). However, as you have mentioned, you should be able to access https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp site to either download or order your desired certificate. For further assistance you can contact with Microsoft Regional Center (http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/help/assisted-support.aspx).
Wish you all the best!

OK, I have send an email to certiport. I hope that they will reply.
Unfortunately I cannot order Ceriport certificate from MCP site however I can order pro metric certificate. Currently MCP certificate site is under maintenance and it displays the following message.
The Microsoft Certification member sites (including MCP, MCT, and MOS) will be unavailable from
Friday, Nov 18, 2011 5:30 PM (Pacific Standard Time), until Sunday, Nov 20, 2011 5:30 PM (Pacific Standard Time),
due to scheduled maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you have questions, please contact your Regional Service Center

Hi,
As you know you do exam with certiport for MOS exams. That is also the place to order your additional certificates if for some reason you have missed the first one that will automatically be sent to you.
Ordering can be done by logging into the certiport site and then look for the option to order additional certificates. How to log in? Well if you have done the exam you have a login name and password that you have used to enter the exam. Those are the credentials you need. Often people lose those credentials after a while. In that case you have to contact certiport by sending them a mail.
For ordering additional certificates you will need to pay though. Prometric or Microsoft are not involved in that process.

The problem here in Sri Lanka is with the HR people they hardly know anything about IT. Sri Lanka HR people prefer to look at the printed certificates. That's where the problem is that.
