Off Topic: Windows Error Message - Not a valid windows image

  I am getting the message below in a constant pop up window. I have started getting it since I swapped out my hard drive:
  
  The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\wbem\wbemomn.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.
  
  How can I fix this? Is it just a matter of deleting this file?
