IFD Authentication not working RRS feed

  • Hi All,

    We have IFD set up, however on one machine when I enter the credentials and press enter, the URL keeps refreshing without the page loading before it finally comes back with

    "There was a problem accessing the site.Try to browse to the site again. If the problem persists, contact the administrator of this site and provide the reference number to identify the problem"

    I have added CRM to the trusted sites and it works from other machines.

  • Hi Mandeep,

    You can check what the browser tries to access, and where it fails, by opening developer tools, network tab and start recording. It will show the redirection to adfs url.

    You could also check IE version and add the CRM url to compatibility view mode, and possibly add adfs url to trusted sites as well.

    The error seems to be happening on .com/adfs/ls/">https://<sitename>.com/adfs/ls/ to the machine.

    It works ok in Chrome?

    You reply is a bit unclear, can you explain better?

    Do you access your organizations in the IFD deployment, is it  by https://{orgname}.{yourdomain.com} ?

    Is your adfs url accessible through the internet, and is that machine in internal network or external?
