    After having GGK for XP Prof. if I have to change Mother Board of the machine because of defect, than I have to buy new license for operating system?

    You should be fine. You will have to telephone activate, but the licensing agreement attached with your GGK (Get-Genuine Kit, a "WGA" kit available in-stores rather than online) should give you a heads up on the activation and hardware requirements for items like this =).
