Outlook 2013 client stopped receiving emails 4/18 at 4PM


  • I have three Internet clients defined in Outlook.  One POP3 and two IMAP

    I have the same accounts defined in Outlook on three machines.

    I have Outlook 2010 and 2013 on one machine.

    Accounts A,B, and C receive mail on machines 1 and 2 in Outlook 2013

    Accounts A,B receive mail but Account C gets no new mail on Machine 3

    Machine 3 receives mail from account C in Office 2010 on Machine   3.

    So machine 3 does not receive new emails with Outlook 2013 on only account C.

    I have started Outlook 2013 on Machine 3 in Safe mode.

    I have checked the Junk email folders and they are not receiving the email for Outlook 2013 on machine C.

    Since account C works fine in Outlook 2013 on machines 1 and 2, something is blocking in on machine 3.
