email created by System? RRS feed

  • We are using CRM online with Outlook.  When we send emails through the CRM they are sometimes listed twice in History.  Once as being created by the user and once as being created by "System".  Can anyone tell me why this is happening?

  • Uncheck the box named 'Track e-mails Sent between CRM users as two Activites' under Settings, Administration, System Settings, E-mail tab.
