What is the alternative to Form Ribbons in CRM online 2011 Polaris Form UI RRS feed

    Hello,

    I am having an older managed solution in which i have added a couple of custom ribbon buttons on Account Form. On classic Account form they works perfectly, but on Online CRM 2011 Polaris form UI there is no any concept of ribbon button. So is there any alternative that has been created by Microsoft by which we can fulfill our requirement of showing custom buttons on Polaris Account form. And on click of them we want to call function present within custom javascript file.

    Hi,

    You can have inside of CRM Form buttons through Web Resources (HTML or Silverlight). Like that you perform any action. Be careful that custom Javascript inside of new Polaris UI isn't supported.
