I am set up as System Admin and System Customiser on our on premise Dynamics CRM 2011 system.
A user requires the ability to administer the business closures so for the security role I have gone to business management and set "Update Business Closures" to Organization thinking this would allow them to do this, however they still cannot
set a new business closure.
What other security options do I need to set for the user? Or can someone point me in the direction of an article to help explain setting security within the system.
