New Hardware Wizard not finding software for ipod nano 2nd gen. RRS feed

  • I have been to apple.com, spoke to the service people there, and I still can't get my new ipod nano to work on my computer..... I purchased and installed a new usb 2.0 pci card  and still won't work.

  • I think that it is pretty sad that Microsoft consumers can not turn to Microsoft IT for answers or assistance that better helps us to determine compatibility issues on a Microsoft product. You could at least try to go beyond the norm and get an answer better than, "This is not the forum...visit an iPod rep." Are you serious???!!!And you wonder why more people are switching to Mac's. It will certainly be my next purchase.
