That seems strange. Your user designation has (partner) next to it so I thought you would have access.
You can post questions to the forum located here without partner access. http://community.dynamics.com/product/ax/default.aspx

Jamie - unfortunately I don't have access to the partnerdynamicsax site. I am consulting with a provider in an attempt to enable FBA. Any guidance / help would be greatly appreciated.Wednesday, January 11, 2012 11:19 PM

Hi guys!
Did You ever manage to solve this problem? We experienced the same issue couple of days ago! There was no apparent reason. Two from our Enterprise Portal sites give us error like Fubak pasted. Other sites work like a charm. Can anyone help us? This is urgent because it's our production portal (development sites work properly). Unfortunatelly we don't have an access to miscrosoft PartnerSource DB.
Greets!
