  • Hi I just typed out a huge message and the system rejected it so I lost it ALL.  I cannot do OneCare backup - when I try I get a message saying "OneCare is initialising. Please try again later" .

     

    Even though I have tried email contact with OneCare support that returns an ERROR.  I call and get put on hold for 30 minutes many times.  I am NOT HAPPY.  Where’s the support that supposed to be there ?
