Office Enterprise Developer Account Verification Failed

Question

URGENT!!! Hello, our company is trying to publish an tool with office add in. However we kept getting "Employment Verification" Failed massages, We couldn’t verify your account because the domain of your email address doesn’t belong to your company. Please review your contact info and update your email address if necessary. Make sure you’re using your company email address and not a personal one.". We do not understand how we can prove this, we have some certificates or pictures to prove, howevre, there is no place to the upload. We contacted the China Microsoft offices, no-one really knows what to do.

I suggest you create a support ticket here through your developer account:
https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/support
Select "Account Setup & Management" as your Issue Type and submit an incident.

Hi Ipreon,
This forum(Excel for Developers) is for development issues related to Excel object and your issue is related to Account Verification issue, I will move your thread to Where is the Forum For…? so someone could tell you where to go ask your question.
Thanks for understanding.
Best Regards,
