    You have a number of problems

    1) The Key in use is the Default Key - which can never be activated

    2) There are signs that an Activation Exploit  (possibly two!) has been installed to get around activation and validation requirements

    3) There are other file errors present.

    You need to reformat and reinstall using genuine media and Key.
