Resolve problem with the Fixit Centre printer section

  I encountered a problem with the Fixit Centre whilst trying to repair the spooler of my printer;

  error code 0x803C0107 appeared, but I have been unable to find any references to the code, and I would be grateful if you could help me resolve this problem.
