CRM for Outlook 2013 is not working! Several buttons grayed out. RRS feed

  • I have configured Outlook 2013 with CRM 2013 Online trial (office 365). The configuration is done successfully.

    But I am unable to track emails. And Convert-to, Add connection and View in CRM buttons are grayed out.

    I tried configuring it with different accounts and on different machines but no luck!

    Can you check your user configuration ? (User record in the CRM)

    Do you have this value in the 2 picklist ?

    Check the following:

    1. If you are using server side sync as the default incoming and outgoing email processing method?

    2. Check the license, if it is a read-write license.
