Unable to renew account RRS feed

    I cannot renew my account, because my Email address appears to be indelibly linked to my former address which was in Canada. I now live in the US and am unable to indicate my new address or pay with my US credit card.

  • Go to  - https://accountservices.passport.net/ppnetworkhome.srf

    sign in and select "Profiles". You should be able to update your new address.

  • Additionally, change your IE language to English-US from English-CA or the payment form will come up for Canada.

    If you are unable to renew, consider subscribing with a new LiveID created with your new address in the US. Your credit card will need to be US based, of course.
