First I must say this forum focus's on WGA and OGA problems and your problem appears to fall outside the scope. First please tell us exactly what error code you receive. Next please run the MGA Diagnostic Tool. The instructions are located as pinned entries @ the top of each forum. The Diag results will allow us to analyze what you are experiencing. Next we may begin to forumulat a resolution. Also I am going to split off your post. We recommend for each person to post in a separate thread so more focus can be given to your problem and also prevent confusion with many customers in the same thread.
