    Hello everyone:

    From Approval Center - Manage Rules

     

    What does mean Rules Applies to -> All New Tasks and assignment requests

    Gina:

    Using that selection would encompass exactly what it says. If resources submit new task requests, or assign themselves to existing tasks, an you then built a rule using this scope condition, the rule then applies to all such requests. So, if you say to the system automatically approve these in the rule, then when the rule runs, the requests get approved automatically. If you also specify to run the rule automatically, the system will approve the requests without any further intervention from you.
